By accessing or using PlanAny (“the service”) at planany.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

PlanAny is an AI-powered platform that turns a learning goal into a step-by-step plan and helps you check your understanding of each step. We rely on third-party AI models to generate plans, lessons, and validation questions.

To use PlanAny you must create an account. Sign-in is managed by Clerk and supports email and Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

PlanAny offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro subscription with higher limits. The plans, prices, and current usage limits are shown on our pricing page. Usage quotas apply to generating new content — creating plans, expanding lessons, and AI conversations — while plans, lessons, and validation records you have already created remain accessible regardless of your plan or remaining quota.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. We may change plans, prices, or limits in the future and will make any pricing clear before it applies to you.

You agree not to use PlanAny to:

• Generate or pursue content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the service's source code.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service, or circumvent any usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the goals, prompts, answers, and other inputs you submit to PlanAny. The plans, lessons, and validation questions generated for you are produced by AI and provided for your personal learning use. We do not claim ownership of your inputs, but we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

Plans, lessons, and questions are generated by AI and may not always produce accurate or complete results. PlanAny is a learning aid, not a source of authoritative or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content, and you should verify anything important independently.

We strive to keep PlanAny available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanAny and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
