PlanAny (“we,” “our,” or “the service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use PlanAny at planany.ai.

Account Information. Authentication is handled by Clerk. When you sign in with email or Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to identify your account and personalize your experience.

Content You Create. We store the learning goals and prompts you enter, any documents you upload to guide a plan, the plans and lessons generated from them, your step check-offs, and the answers you give during validation. This content is associated with your account so you can access your plans and pick up where you left off across sessions.

Usage Data. We use analytics to understand how the service is used. This includes the pages you visit, the actions you take, and basic device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar identifiers. When you are signed in, this activity may be associated with your account.

We rely on third-party services in the following categories. These include, but are not limited to, the providers named below, and may change over time:

• Cloud Infrastructure — Cloudflare, for hosting the service and storing your account data, plans, lessons, and uploaded documents.
• AI Generation — To turn your goals into plans, generate lessons, and run validation, your prompts, answers, and any documents you upload are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) for processing.
• Resource Search — When you use the Learn action, your search query may be sent to a third-party search provider (Tavily) to find learning resources.
• Authentication — Clerk, with Google as a sign-in option, for secure account access.
• Payments — If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data and shares only what we need to manage your subscription.
• Analytics — We use PostHog and Google Analytics to measure usage and improve the service. They collect pageviews, interactions, and device information through cookies and similar identifiers; for signed-in users this may be linked to your account.
• Error Monitoring — We use Sentry to capture error and crash reports so we can diagnose and fix problems. These reports may include technical details such as your IP address and the page where an error occurred.

• To generate learning plans and lessons from your goals.
• To track your progress and maintain your plan history and account.
• To run validation — questioning you about each step until your understanding is demonstrated.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure, token-based authentication.

Your plans and account data are retained as long as your account is active. To request complete account deletion and removal of all associated data, please contact us at the email address below.

PlanAny is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
